01Who pays the fee, me or my guests?
Your guests, inside the ticket price. If you set a ticket at £35, guests pay £37.50 and you receive the full £35.
02Can I mix free and paid tickets?
Yes. A free early-entry tier next to a paid one, or free entry for under-12s, is common. Only the paid tickets carry a fee.
03What currency do you charge in?
Guests see and pay prices in their own currency (GBP, NGN, USD or CAD), picked automatically from where they are and changeable any time. You price in your base currency and get paid in it. The rate is locked for the 10 minutes your guest is checking out.
04What happens if I cancel an event?
Guests are refunded in full automatically, including the fee. There is no cancellation charge for hosts.
