01Subdomain or custom domain?

A subdomain like canalyard.vybe.events is free and ready on day one. A custom domain like tickets.canalyard.co.uk uses an address you already own. We send you one DNS record to add, and you can switch later.

02How long does a custom template take?

One to two weeks from the brief. You see a preview first and can ask for changes before it goes live.

03Do my guests see VybeEntry anywhere?

Only a small “Ticketing by VybeEntry” line in the footer. Pages, emails, tickets and receipts carry your brand.

04Who handles payments?

Stripe. Guests pay on Stripe’s secure checkout, in your currency, and the money goes to your connected Stripe account.

05I already host on VybeEntry. Can I move up?

Yes. Your events, guests and history move across with you. Nothing has to be set up twice.
