Who we are
VybeEntry is a booking platform made by Goldpurp and operated from the United Kingdom. We connect guests with hosts; the host is responsible for the event itself.
Accounts and guest checkout
You can book without an account using your email. If you create one, keep your login safe and your information accurate. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.
Booking tickets
A booking is confirmed when you receive your pass. Each pass admits the named guest once. Don’t resell passes above face value or share codes publicly; hosts may refuse entry to duplicated codes.
Prices and fees
Prices are shown all-in, in pounds sterling (£), including the VybeEntry booking fee. Free events and RSVPs carry no fee. Optional contributions, such as gift funds and donations, are passed to the host.
Refunds and exchanges
If an event is cancelled you’ll be refunded in full. Otherwise you can return tickets up to 48 hours before doors; returned tickets are offered to the waitlist first. Hosts of private events may set their own rules, shown on the event page.
Hosting events
Hosts must describe their event honestly, hold any permits or licences they need, honour valid passes and handle guest data responsibly. We may remove events that break these terms.
Invite-only events
Invite codes are for the guests they were sent to. Don’t publish them. Hosts can change or disable a code at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse VybeEntry: no scraping, bots buying tickets, fraud, or attempts to break the service.
Liability
We work hard to keep VybeEntry running, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll tell you about important changes before they apply.
