About VybeEntry · a product by Goldpurp

Everyone in the room.

Buying a gig ticket, RSVPing to a wedding and registering for a conference used to be three different, clumsy experiences. Getting people through a door is the same job every time, so we built one place that does it well.

A note from our MD

“The best nights start long before the doors open. We want every guest to feel expected, and every host to feel in control.”

We started VybeEntry because the moment someone decides to show up for you, whether it is a concert, a conference or your wedding, deserves more than a clumsy form. So we sweat the small things: prices that never change at checkout, passes that open at the door, and free events that stay free.

  1. 01

The price you see is the price you pay.

Every fee is inside the number on the ticket. Free events stay free, with no booking fee, ever.

  2. 02

Every occasion gets its own flow.

Seat maps for gigs, agendas for conferences, table seating for weddings, bring-lists for birthdays.

  3. 03

    Hosts own the room.

Your guest list, your data, your door. Scan passes from your phone and keep private events private.

  4. 04

    No account needed to come.

Guests book and find their tickets with just an email. Only hosts need an account.

For guests

  1. Find it. Browse by occasion or region, or open the invite link you were sent.
  2. Pick your place. A seat with a real view, a table with your friends, or the talks you want.
  3. Pay once, all-in. Or reserve for free when it is free.
  4. Walk in. Your pass has a QR code. Show it at the door.

For hosts

  1. Create. Pick the occasion and the dashboard sets up the right booking flow.
  2. Share one link. Invite codes are built in for private events.
  3. Watch it fill. RSVPs, seats, sessions and bring-lists update live.
  4. Run the door. Scan tickets with your phone camera.
